Shipping Policy
Present your invoice and the product properly packed in any PAYÀ TOYS store with a maximum period of 30 days .
JUGUETES PAYÀ offers its customers the possibility of returning any item purchased within 30 days from the date of receipt, within this period the return will be made by re-entering the cost of the product. Outside of this period, changes will only be accepted for other articles. Any item can be returned as long as it has its original sealed packaging and is in perfect condition and unused.
Said return must comply with the procedure detailed below:
1st step
Contact by email (info@juguetespaya.es) or by phone (937 936 201).
2nd step
The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with the manuals and accessories. Please keep all the materials of the order, including the package because we will carry out the expertise of the product, and we will proceed to replace it in a new shipment. JUGUETES PAYÀ will send a courier to your home to collect said order, provided that you have used this service for the delivery of your order, and if you have requested collection in store, you must go to any of our stores, with all the documentation of the purchase.
The costs of collection and shipping will be borne by the customer with a cost based on the origin of the shipment, which will be applied according to the rate in force at that time.
The expenses will be borne by JUGUETES PAYÀ, in the following cases:
· Error in the products that your order contains (in the event that you have not received the correct merchandise with the exception of the products that belong to an assortment that the customer must specify in comments the desired product).
· The product has arrived defective or has suffered some kind of damage during shipping.
IMPORTANT: No changes or returns will be made on products that have been opened or unsealed.
The sale and distribution operations of the products are carried out by JUGUETES PAYÀ SL., With registered office AV. SAN PETRIS, 40, Barcelona, 08795 (Spain).
Order Cancellation
In case you want to cancel your order once it has been confirmed, processed and is in the delivery process, the resulting amount will be charged for management and transport costs, according to the rate in force at that time.
This procedure can be done by e-mail to (info@juguetespaya.es) or by phone at Customer Service 902 530 202, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Return & Exchange Policy
Orders are processed within 48 business hours of purchase.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package to be able to track it. Shipments will be made mostly by FedEx, DHL or RedPack, depending on the option to choose. Unless otherwise specified in the shipping confirmation email.
It is important to mention that if a problem or error is found in the shipping address in which the customer made a mistake, JUGUETES PAYÀ is not responsible for any damage, extra charges or the like. JUGUETES PAYÀ will try its best to solve the problem.
Additional note about payments: Standard services do not include item insurance.
JUGUETES PAYÀ will provide the customer with a tracking number when their order has been packed. With this tracking number you will be able to see the status of your order at all times.
The time depends on the chosen service. It is important to mention that we do everything possible so that your order is delivered in a timely manner. Delivery time is not guaranteed as there are sometimes problems beyond JUGUETES PAYÀ, such as failures in the logistics of the parcel, problems with the weather, high season, etc. that are not in our hands. However, we will do our best to avoid such situations. We remind you that in case of loss of the package or similar, JUGUETES PAYÀ disclaims any problem, the creditor will be the respective parcel. JUGUETES PAYÀ will always try to do as much as possible to retrieve your shipment.
"Cheap" shipping costs do not include insurance, only High Quality or similar.
In extended area the time can be up to 15 business days, there may also be an extra charge request or even the shipment can be canceled if there is no coverage for that region. Sometimes JUGUETES PAYÀ decides to assume such a cost.
It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on the delivery of their order and if a problem arises, contact info@juguetespaya.es is notified immediately.
We are not responsible for any customs charges that may exist.
